Wharton Family Pics (1905 - 1952)I could NOT believe when my Dad told me that he had a CD of pictures that my Uncle Ned had scanned from their family albums!!! I was so excited, I could hardly contain myself. We all know I LOVE photographs......but I have never seen any pics from when my Dad and Uncle Ned were young!

this album starts w/ Cole's b'day party on Jan 6th (his b'day is Dec 28th but we decided to have it after New Years) - and I also uploaded some pics from today. Cole got his first haircut (AT A BARBER SHOP LOL) today.....Mr. Dennis at Stylemasters cut his hair. He gave Brandon and his brothers all their first haircuts....and I think Kevin still goes there. :-)
Cole cried almost the entire time....LOL.
We went to Nana's house afterward and saw Carson & Kaley.....
Tay was at school and Kaley missed her. |

Taylor's birthday celebration was today - at her school, The Children's House in Ocean Springs. When we first signed Tay up for this school and I attended the parents night...to give new parents an idea of what a Montessori school was all about - I never dreamed it would be THIS awesome. This school is wonderful and the teachers are just awesome. And Tay's b'day celebration was so special today....everything was perfect....everything. :-)

April 2006 (April 2006)| Well my hubby has done it again!!!! My old camera was great and I loved it a lot - BUT...it has been dropped a couple times by my dear daughter (so now it's all hers). Brandon got me the upgrade to my Sony Cyber-shot camera. I now have a 7.2 mega pixel camera and I love it! Thank you honey....for spoiling me rotten! :-) |

Hurricane Katrina - Biloxi, MS. (August 29, 2005)These are pics taken during the hurricane (we stayed with Brandon's mom and stepdad out in Latimer....about 20 miles inland) and after the hurricane we drove to Chicago for a week.
The damage is unbelievable - we weren't prepared for how bad everything was. I got various photo's online and I took a bunch of pics around Biloxi & D'Iberville. Also got these newest photos of the Palace and Casino Magic from Brynda Janashak. It's still worse when you see it all in person. |

My Best Friend Nicole | This is Nicole....we've been best friends for 25 years now. She's very special to me and even though we live far away from each other (she lives in Reno, Nevada and I live in Biloxi, Mississippi), our friendship still remains strong. I met her waaaaay back in 1982 in Mr. Johnson's 8th grade homeroom class at O'Brien Middle School in Stead, Nevada. We made each other laugh that day and we've been laughing ever since! |
