Wild Game Dinner (10-23-2010)| Fun was had by all that attended the annual Wild Game Dinner on Oct. 23rd 2010. The menu included Kangaroo in mushroom sauce, Wild Boar sausage, Pheasant stroganoff, Venison stew, Elk chili, Buffalo roast, (and Wild Butterball Turkey for those who don't eat that other stuff!!) Also check out the (1) Wild Salad prepared by Chef Randy & WB Pritt especially for Brother Gary, who had to have a salad...lot's a roughage in that salad!! |
